If you have recently learned that you will be relocating to Ft. Belvoir, the Pentagon or another military post in the Washington, DC area, welcome!  As the daughter and sister of three military members, I understand the various emotions you must be feeling.  I'd like to make getting your next home as hassle-free as possible.  I am very proud of the work our military undertakes each day and wholeheartedly support our troops.  My Military Cash Back Program below is one way to say thank you.

MILITARY CASH BACK PROGRAM
It is my honor to support our troops.  In doing so, I am offering a military discount to active members of the United States Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps or Coast Guard with a $1000* cash back rebate** at closing.  This is my way of thanking those who serve to protect our freedom and secure our safety.

To be eligible, you must:
  • Contract with me to sell your home (i.e., Exclusive Listing Agreement) OR
  • Contract with me to help you buy a home (i.e., Exclusive Buyer's Agreement)
  • Provide me with a current Leave and Earnings Statement and a copy of your military ID

You will NOT be eligible if:

  • you are participating in one of my other cash back programs
  • you are already committed to a real estate firm by a listing agreement, buyer broker agreement or ratified sales contract.

*Final sales price at settlement must be $350,000 or greater to receive the $1000 rebate.  The rebate is reduced to $500 for homes closed below this price.

**You must successfully close your real estate transactions contracted with me to receive the cash back rebate.  Rebate will come back to you on the HUD-1 as cash at the settlement table.
